 Ladies Guild The Ladies Guild of Nazareth Lutheran Church meets the first Wednesday of every month from September to May. We begin with Bible Study and continue with a brief business meeting. In May and October we hold a Flea Mart to raise funds for a mission project, such as a needy family, repairs to the church, etc. Annually, for the past 20 years, we have conducted a retreat to which we invite not only members of the church but friends and family from other Christian denominations as well. The retreat has proven to be a great blessing to all of us as it has enriched our Christian faith, knowledge and fellowship with one another. The retreat is written by women, for women and conducted by women. We must be doing something right as our oldest is 92 and our youngest member is 15 years old. We learn from each other and support one another. We feature Bible Studies about women of the Bible, have devotions and a worship service; but we also include an evening of skits which is always funny and enjoyable.
